NE HERS 2007 RATER TRAINING AND REFERENCE MANUAL

The Northeast HERS Alliance 2007 Rater Training and Reference Manual is available for individual and discounted multi-copy orders. Among other updates, the 300+ page manual incorporates new RESNET and HERS industry technical requirements, EPA Energy Star compliance changes, and information pertaining to the 2005 Energy Policy Act: Tax Credits for builders.
