NE HERS RATER TRAINING AND REFERENCE MANUAL

The Northeast HERS Alliance Rater Training and Reference Manual was updated with the latest RESNET standards in 2007 and is available for individual and multi-copy orders. Among other updates, the 300+ page manual incorporates new RESNET and HERS industry technical requirements, EPA Energy Star compliance changes, and information pertaining to the 2005 Energy Policy Act: Tax Credits for builders.
