Materials for Marketing and Facilitating Energy Efficient Financing
Construction Management and Energy Mortgage Facilitation Through a grant from the Department of Energy, the Northeast HERS Alliance developed a fee-for-service process for managing the details of implementing energy efficiency upgrades in an Energy Improvement Mortgage (EIM). Once the customer has selected the energy improvements they want, construction management works on their behalf with the contracting process from beginning to end, to help them select the best contractors, ensure that all deadlines are met, and that any problems with installation are resolved. | |||
